This map is produced and maintained by the National Harm Reduction Coalition and built off of years of data compilation from advocates and people who use drugs. 

This resource is intended for people who use drugs and people who are directly connected to people who may be at risk of an overdose. Community-based is defined as being set up for people to use drugs to access FREE naloxone without ID or program enrollment.
